You are right. I searched for that file, and I found it in this extension: "ComfyUI_ExtendedImageFormats" So I uninstalled it, and now everything is working.
Until it is fixed, I would recommend using this instead. ComfyUI-Dev-Utils

So, this is why the extension seems to slow down with some documents added to the rag. I was about to add an issue for this.
