There are few examples of Ray being used with SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations), as indicated by this issue on GitHub.

This feature request proposes creating an an end-to-end tutorial or example, perhaps similar to these end-to-end samples of the AIX360 Explainability Toolkit with Kubeflow, or the more general-purpose examples below:
