Stream CC to Youtube

I'm not sure if the CC streaming works with youtube, putting this issue up for now while I go investigate and feed back more information.

Nah that's not on you, it's pretty broken on Youtube or doesn't work at all. OBS's captions output isn't really fully standards compliant and compatible with what Youtube wants so that has sadly always been an issue there and I didn't really have the time or knowledge to fix it either, so that's currently expected unfortunately, also why I only mention Twitch on the readme page.
