Add pain message version 001.001.09 to simple instant payment method

ACHTUNG

For this merge to function properly, it requires pull request #59 in the sepaxml repo to be merged (@raphaelm) !!

This will enable support for one of the new pain message standards pain.001.001.09 if the user chooses to use the simple_sepa_transfer method only.

I also made the BIC field optional (can be set to None) for domestic transfers in the simple_sepa_transfer method
