There're simply too much changes in the codebase. It will be difficult for me to merge all the changes at once.
This is hard to fix. The best solution is to add `{` and `}`.
I will keep them in mind, but fixing them is not easy because of the way the syntax highlight works.
If you are interested, you can have a look of [this file](https://github.com/randy3k/R-Box/blob/master/R-Extended/Indentation%20Rules.tmPreferences). This is the file which manages the indentation.
It is an interesting idea but I think it is out of the scope of Project Manager.
I guess you just need to add again the project with the new name and then remove the old project.
