SendCode adding a 00~ and a a 01~ to the beginning and end of code

I am on Mac OS X 10.15.17 and I get the following regardless of the code I run and regardless of using iTerm, Terminal, or Terminus.

It seems that SendCode is prefixing the code with a 00~ and ending it with a 01~

I think you have turned on bracketed paste mode. It is only supported in radian or R with readline >=7.
