Bluetooth Background scanning

Any guidance, thoughts, code to have background scanning of Bluetooth beacons so the app doesn't need to be in the foreground and would work after a device restart.

This is common for GPS location applications but does require some work not to make the google/apple battery gods mad to drain the battery.

Try using another plugin. This plugin doesn't satisfy your current requirement. I think you can try beacon plugins.
