refactor: replaces eslint and prettier to biome

Hey @rajput-hemant, this commit should replace Eslint and Prettier linter/formatter to BiomeJS linter/formatter, providing more efficiency and speed to the linting and formatting proccess inside the template. Already changed the package.json scripts
