[CHORE]: Remove old analytics client

What changed (plus any additional context for devs)

• standardized the schema for event tracing to <MODULE>_<ACTION>_<SUB_ACTION> SUB_ACTION only is necessary.
• Removed all traces of analytics and replaced it with the typed version in @/analytics.
• Random bits of cleanup here and there as I was going through a lot of files and noticed missing dependencies, unused imports, etc.
