Can this plugin do AutoFilter (in spreadsheet)?

I'm interested to use actual filter from table (tablesorter.js) to AutoFilter on spreadsheet, it's posible with table2excel ?

It does not at this time. If you can find a spec for OpenXML that would make it possible to declare the filter, then we can look at how they're defined locally and possibly include.
