Add Homebrew installation info to README.md

Due to the successful merge of https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/105437, licensor is now a part of homebrew/core and can now be installed by running:

brew install licensor

This pull request adds information on installing licensor with Homebrew to README.md. It also fixes a few minor typos.
