How to setup a standby cluster?

Is there possible to setup a standby cluster using radondb, from another cluster or existing mysql.

Describe the solution you'd like

It can setup a standby cluster using radondb. Also, it can promote the standby cluster to a primary one. This can be used in disaster recovery scenario, or during a migration to switch to the new mysql cluster.
