After uninstalling a different (unused) proxy switcher, icon has disappeared from toolbar

Even though I've uninstalled Proxy Switcher, closed Nightly (53.0a1), opened it again and then reinstalled Proxy Switcher again, the icon is not showing on the toolbar.
