Tabs /w Form Data Being Discarded

Dispite having the check in settings to not discard tabs that have form data unsaved, the extention is still discarding them and hence i'm losing all the tab's form data even if i only switched away for 10seconds.

I am not able to reproduce this. Can you provide an example page with the issue?
