Fix Slovak (sk) alphabet

For some reason, the Slovak alphabet contains extra letters - „ű“ and „Ű“ - that are not used in the Slovak language.

This put puts the alphabet in line with CLDR (https://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/46/summary/sk.html).

Thanks for the heads up @radobot . I think it's probably there because it was found in the UDHR translation at http://efele.net/udhr/d/udhr_slk.html, which contains one instance in the word podnűcovaniu. (I haven't done a detailed analysis of my own for this orthography yet, just taken information from CLDR and UDHR.). If you can confirm that that's a misspelling, i'll remove it from the list. Wow, the formatting and grammar in that document is extremely poor. Just the spellchecker in MS Word immediately shows me 64 errors.

The whole document is missing the letters Ä Ŕ Ĺ Ó Q W X.

The last three (Q W X) are understandable, since they never occur in any native Slovak (or Slavic) words, only in words of foreign origin.

The first three (Ä Ŕ Ĺ) are somewhat understandable - they are kind of rare letters. Except for the fact that there happen to be words that do actually contain them, but all of them are misspelled. For example, pohrdanie -> pohŕdanie, vačšej -> väčšej, závazok -> záväzok.

Ó is not that rare and the fact that it's not present is only a coincidence.

There are also other grammar errors (ex. snášanlivosti -> znášanlivosti, sdruženia -> združenia) that are really basic. There's even ked' -> keď, which I don't even know how it can happen. (And it's the only source of apostrophe (') in that document. However, funnily enough, the Slovak language does actually use the apostrophe - but it's used mostly in poetry.)

So to address your question, yes, podnűcovaniu is definitely a misspelling (it's supposed to be podnecovaniu).

And in case you want an official source, the document that defines the official Slovak alphabet is called "Pravidlá slovenského pravopisu". It can be found online at https://www.juls.savba.sk/ediela/psp2000/psp.pdf. There, in I.2., on page 12, is the complete alphabet of the official Slovak language. (It also mentions that in Slovak language, words of foreign origin retain their original letters with their original diacritics. So in texts written in Slovak language you might find foreign words, that contain letters, that are not part of the Slovak alphabet, for example, ö, ü, Ö, Ü. (For example in "röntgenové lúče" [X-rays].)) (The apostrophe is mentioned in VIII.2.11. on page 65.)
