I think we could improve further on the user-guided onboarding process, too. It'll take work to create content and thoroughly think of questions, but it may improve the experience of new users. We should also give an option to skip the onboarding stuff entirely (that gives power users a way to escape the pain, but implement it in a way that isn't abusable).

The other thing to keep in mind is agility. We'll want to make it so that it's fairly evergreen because we can't consistently update it. Depending on how we implement the process, that may slow us down in making other changes because it'll require an update to the onboarding process - so we'll need to make it as modular as possible.
