Probably best to make it in svg (e.g. with Inkscape).

Just don't call it a "cheat" sheet - its not cheating! Tip sheet, clue sheet, quick help, hint sheet...

Make sure everything is legible with it printed on A4 or viewed in full screen. Most of these have too much crammed into small text and you may as well search the help pages...
