Thanks; we also see now that the windows GA breaks on having R 4.2 but not the required / corresponding winlibs things.

I updated spdep and spatialreg yesterday. spatialreg fails it imports from gmodel which in turn imports from gdata, which needs Perl and isn't adapted for current Rtools42.
