Hello! I checked [past launches](https://api.spacexdata.com/v4/launches/past) and Starlink 3-1 is missing payloads (array is empty). It also have a `success` value of null, which filters it from SpaceXStats.

Hi all! I have tried using this request https://api.spacexdata.com/v4/starlink and latest launch date is `2022-10-28`, however [Space Track](https://www.space-track.org/auth/login) has more fresh data on other satellites. Could someone check this, please?
