z-index: 99999 !important;

I can't see any reason to have a hard-coded z-index that high. In my projects I keep my z-indexes in a sass file and I only increment them by 1 in an effort to keep them in the single digits. This has never resulted in a z-index over 10.

Can we change this to something more reasonable? Or is there a reason for it to be 99999 !important? At the moment it's overlapping my site header which is on a z-index of 2.
