Unable to run the example send text code on server

I am using a linux shared webhosting with no access to terminal. I have extracted the zip file. But when i try to run the example file it gives an error "Sorry, it looks like there was a problem with this example (fetch of quiet-profiles.json failed: )" I have copied the entire content of the code into the server. Can you help me in getting up the code running. The URL of the sample file is

I have the same problem. May I ask how did u solve this?
