Pluggable transport

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Quite a long time ago, I've been working to make the transport pluggable and to provide one based on Netty. The code is still available here but as I was experimenting against a number of things, it contains more that just the pluggable transport work.

Describe the solution you'd like If it does make sense I can work on the pluggable transport layer over the following months.

I think this would be a sensible enhancement. But I guess this is no easy task since in my opinion MINA is somewhat intertwined into QFJ. :)
