FPS

FPS is very low (0.10), any suggestions can i do something about it. Sometimes it goes upto 0.45 but mostly its very low.

What quality did you use? Also the internet speed of you and the client computer are a limiting factor. However there are plans to improve this by using the new desktop duplication API.

Internet speed is around 100mbps on both pc, quality i always use on high. Frame per second is low quality of per frame is good.
