Generate file mappings through build item to allow integration

From quarkus-openapi-generator extension, we are creating an extension that generates wiremock stubbings from OpenAPI specification. It would be great for integrating both extensions through BuildItems, I know we can add the files directly, but we can discuss what is the best approach.

This implementation will add a better experience using a OpenAPI first approach.

@mcruzdev It looks like a potential generic extension for WireMock (I mean support for OpenAPI inside it) that can be later wired between Quarkus extensions somehow. Disclaimer: WireMock Cloud / WireMock Inc. folks may not agree with that as it is currently an enterprise feature (doc)

As for wiring the extensions and BuildItems, it would be nice to see the draft and the full use-case first. There is definitely a value in deeply integrating with Quarkus if you want to have a live reload/etc.,
