[Feature Request / Suggestion]: Add devcontainer to automatically install and manage dependencies

Suggestion / Feature Request

While working with this project I've created a devcontainer specifically for it to automatically manage running it within a development-container and installing dependencies. I'd like to push these changes to master. Wanted to gather opinions on that before opening a PR
