I observed that there is a target flagged as warning but another non-flagged target is shown in the AIS widget. IMHO the flagged target with lowest TCPA should be shown...

Probably yes. - But what about the internal clock synced to GPS, independent of the system time? Actually it's easy to get a correct UTC because you have a GPS.
