Add a formatting option for adding commas to selected numbers

No - we're capable of understanding commas as you can clear formatting from a number that has commas and the sheet understands it's a number, but you can't add comma formatting to numbers

You can toggle commas in the command palette. We don't have a button for it in the context menu
