just to confirm, have you tried following the trouble shooting steps?

The log is from the first run. When manually disabling the Temper procation it will run. If so, you should update your Usage Instructions. The issue is opened since you wrote it need to be tested on w11. FYI.

Same case here, and I'm unable to access the windows defender menu because literally does not appear...
