Add a privacy policy
Could you give more info about this issue? thanks :)
Sure, I can try
Basically, I think it may be required by law in certain jurisdictions to have some kind of privacy policy on a public-facing website. Echoplexus would have a privacy policy that says it tries its best not to leak any information to any 3rd parties. Ideally, I'd like to fight anyone who would want to see any kind of logs for as long as I can. Aside from this, there is not much to say wrt privacy. It might be nice to have a disclaimer that the site operator is not responsible for any content that occurs within the site.
This probably wouldn't be a requirement on other installations of echoplexus
Only issue i have with this is DMCA requests and such, but i think that should be fixed with issue #6 when it gets implemented that is.
For the privacy policy, this should be more than a law requirement, but elaborating on echoplexus' philosophy and how it solves the problem.
It is worth noting echoplexus as a service vs echopleuxus as an app.
@jamiees2 regarding #6 and DMCA and the little I know about US law and the stuff going about, #6 does not solve this. It's a trust chain and falls down every actor involved with it.
