Fsharp examples

Added new project Features.FSharp with F# examples based on original C# examples
Renamed project Features to Features.CSharp
Added new project Features.Common that is shared by Features.CSharp and Features.FSharp, and contains *.qml files and resources
Made sure *.qml files are properly loaded when using .net core command dotnet run

I didn't make any changes to *.qml files, but for some reason github diff shows them as modified

@dmrysev You need to configure line endings and disable file mode

git config core.autocrlf true
git config core.filemode false
