@Rikhil-Nell you are saving it as a *.txt file!!
@Rikhil-Nell you are saving it as a
*.txtfile!!
Check 0:43, it states that it is a python file
0:28 save as type! so it probably has .txt added to it - double check
If I right-click -> save link as, there's no issue & plugin loads correctly
However, if I do what your doing & click on link -> save as (there's the issue & plugin won't load)

@Rikhil-Nell Did this resolve your issue?
Found a fix, With qBit closed, went to "%localuserdata%\qBittorrent\nova3", renamed the "engines" folder to "engines1", reopened qBit and managed to drag-drop all the engines from the old folder straight to the "Install search plugins" window and they got installed.

@xavier2k6 nah man that didn't work either
Try this: one337x.zip
If that doesn't work, then try the following:
- Copy:

- Paste:

Move plugin_name.py and plugin_name.png(if you want logo in plugin list) to qBittorrent search engines folder:
Windows: %localappdata%\qBittorrent\nova3\engines
Linux: ~/.local/share/data/qBittorrent/nova3/engines/
OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/qBittorrent/nova3/engines/
Note: If you use Python 2 instead of Python 3, replace nova3 by nova.
Restart qBittorrent
The search engine should now be available
