What is the problem?

"Check for updates" button on the "Search plugins" menu downloads, installs and enables 8 of plugins.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "search" tab.
2. Click on "Search plugins"
3. Click on "Search for updates"
4. A list of 8 plugins gets downloaded, installed and enabled

What's the issue here??

These 8 plugins are official plugins & are installed initially when a user first uses the "search" feature, each & every subsequent "Check for updates" will only update the plugins if a newer plugin version is available.

8 Official Plugins:

4. piratebay
5. solidtorrents
6. torlock
7. torrentproject
8. torrentscsv

Closing - Downloading/installing of 8x official plugins is expected on first run/interaction of search feature.
