Replace the option of "Schedule the use of alternative rate limits" with "Enable alternative rate limits"

Suggestion

As title.

For the current implementation. In order to disable alternative rate limits that is currently in effect, a user has to perform the following steps:

  1. Schedule an early termination of the alternative rate limits, like next minute.
  2. Wait until the alternative rate limits has been switched off.
  3. Disable "Schedule the use of alternative rate limits"

It is very confusing and unnecessary tedious.

A simple checkbox to enable/disable "alternative rate limits" directly is much more intuitive and a user can achieve it in a single click (plus clicking "Save" button, obviously).

Use case

A user wants either a scheduled alternative rates or not.

There is no use case for disabling the schedule but stuck in the alternative rate limits.

I'd like to see the Alternative Data Limits fully customizable.

I want to turn on the ADL on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. But keep it unrestricted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There just isn't an option for full customizability -- like a scheduler. Let me choose exactly what times for each individual days. Or maybe even day of the month.
