qBittorrent: 4.5.0 x64 Operating system: Windows 11 Pro Qt: 5.15.7

What is the problem?

I expect to see the help page. actualy doc.qbittorrent.org is not responding, ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Steps to reproduce

1. press f1

actual result: the browser opens with URI http://doc.qbittorrent.org doc.qbittorrent.org is not responding, ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Additional context

maybe change to https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/wiki No response

For me (I believe for my country) it is blocked. Works fine via VPN.

So the site is just a redirect nowadays.

Then there's this: https://doc.qbittorrent.org/ does not respond, which may cause trouble with extensions like HTTPS-Everywhere or modern browsers which have options to force HTTPS.
