Support for multimonitor and HDpi support

Please make qtorrent support 2 or more monitors and support for higher dpi, scaling and resolutions because i experience visual glitches when only some of the gui i see or some elements are cut of like % of torrent completion. i also use different font and scale options for my 2 monitors.

Besides this the program is outstanding!
