• Pillow just released 3.13 support in version 11.0.0 a few hours ago.

Already in mypy_primer:

• pywin32 supports 3.13 as of October 4th
• setuptools has of course been for a while too
• https://github.com/Toufool/AutoSplit is blocked by comtypes and pyside6 (unless I start using in-development versions)

The other typed projects I'm actively following are c-extensions, so they only check stubs (numpy, opencv, pyside6 (not publicly released), pywinrt). Or didn't need special considerations for 3.13.
