Remove the UserVoice slider

While I like the Feedback slider, there are a few issues currently. On mobile, it takes up a significant chunk of real estate and it bobs up and down as you scroll, annoyingly covering up the left side of text.

The bigger issue is that no one is monitoring the feedback, which will leave a bad taste among users. For now, I think we should point people here (github), until there's enough of a community to moderate something like UserVoice.

Some buy in from other folks would be welcome here, but I'm a definite +1. There is also a periodic fee that it would get rid of.

It made sense at launch time and a few people used it, but I'm not sure about its lasting value at least at this point.
