Slim down the role embed

I'm a fan of the slimmer design you demonstrated for the role command. Including an image of the colour is a good call.

That being said, I believe all the mention stuff is irrelevant due to the new feature Discord rolled out. I'm not too familiar with it, but I think it allows server admins to configure who can mention a given role.

It does indeed, so the unlock and lock featureset is mostly useless. But the rest we can do still.

Feel free to remove the mention command while you're at it, if that's all obsolete now.

I've edited this issue now since !mention is no longer relevant to us - I still think we want this slimming down of the role embed, it looks great.

I have it almost finished as a local branch, but as it will be borrowing the new pagination setup I need to push, I'm having to push this after it.
