should I display date as MM/DD/YY, as it can be confusing to some european country that use DD/MM/YY? maybe better to same as the rescan date settings:

Hum looks like we directly display errors from `async-hwi`, should we change it there instead of Liana?

not sure it's easy to have consistency about signing devices errors, for instance, ledger and bitbox don't have the same registering process.

tested this today, cannot reproduce on a fresh install of v9, start/stop around 20 times during IBD, bitcoind takes few seconds to stop after Liana windows closed, but i guess...

Closed it as it fixed since we switch to Iced 12.1, tested for Windows & MacOS VMs.
