Reasons for the request

I would like to use the project 'nsbi' which currently is unavailable, giving the error The name 'nsbi' is too similar to an existing project. when I try to claim it.

I believe the existing project is lsbi, which I also own.

In this instance, though the names are similar they are conceptually distinct (i.e. linear simulation based inference, and nested simulation based inference), with a common well-known root 'sbi'.

Is there any way to remove this naming restriction and create an nsbi package on pypi and testpypi?
