Add CPython 3.14

It's time to add CPython 3.14 to manylinux images.

The issue will be closed once CPython 3.14.0 final is released.

The free-threaded (no GIL) build is also available.

EDIT: python 3.14.0b3 is currently available in the manylinux images

it's already in on all supported images (which include manylinux2014 images).

Final has been released, just needs to be updated in images.

Travis-ci failed during the night, restarted all jobs, hopefully, new images should be available in less than 12 hours.

It took a bit longer than expected with Travis CI. 3.14.0 final is now available in all supported images.
