(🎁) Make a pylint playground to easily reproduce errors

Current problem

I am trying to debug pylint issues/fill in the bug report form and am hit with a massive amount of friction.

Desired solution

Make a pylint playground website, like https://mypy-play.net, maybe you could even inquire to adding pylint to mypy-play. That would be based, two tools in the same place 😳.

Additional context

mypy-play makes sharing examples and reproducing issues a breeze.
