add possibility to use Commerce Suite available on disk

Give the user possibility to use downloaded Commerce Suite available on disk via ydocker.conf file. Downloading suite from Artifactory should be another option.

Is the artifactory open to anyone with hybris wiki access?

@arunamat Hi, I'm not maintaining the artifactory and I don't work in the support. For sure, it's open for employees, but I'm not sure if it's open for external world and customers. I think, it should be open for the people with wiki access.
