Support tarball installation, small improvement of pr #44

Add support to install from tarball binary. Target in first from Redhat system that do not provide any ActiveMq RPM.

• Fix conflicts
• Keep defaults for mq_admin_username and mq_admin_username
• Fix https support on binary url
• Modify log directory to /var/log/activemq
• Do not warn about default password when a external configuration template is used
• Adding sample on README
