Possibility to support RFT3D?

RFT 3D is commonly used in neuroscience, is it possible to support it in this package? :P

Hi Losses,

Thanks for writing! Our efforts are currently directed to writing a manuscript of the software and finalizing the existing code.

Support for volume data can be added but I cannot promise anything for the near future.
