Couple more that I think are important ones

• Cfn names do not map directly to @pulumi/aws-native names
• Support Docker assets
• Use CDK AppStagingSynthesizer for bootstrap resources
• Convert the output of App.synth rather than the construct tree
• Missing Types
  • Not all of them (and not necessarily needed for GA), but there is probably a subset that might be important enough.
