The work is done in https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/pull/4148 but we would also like to include another bridge update to close off https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/issues/4091 - this should be coming in shortly.

This issue has been addressed in PR #4179 and shipped in release v6.44.0.
