Unblock example generation for wafv2:RuleGroup, wafv2:RuleGroup, appsync:GraphQLApi

They are currently skipped because Go generation takes a prohibitively long time.

IN addition the page is really difficult to read because of all the helper long type names. Just found this again tagging things with service/wafv2.

Is there an associated issue in pulumi/pulumi to track the performance problem?

I believe this is related to type explosion. We made good ground on type explosion mitigation for non-recursive case https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/pull/4449 and for detecting the recursive case in https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-terraform-bridge/pull/2134

A few finishing touches are needed and some team buy-in on the design but I'd love to push this forward sometime.
