KnowledgeBaseStorageConfiguration doesn't offer S3 vectors yet

Hi 👋🏽

I'd love to use Bedrock Knowledge Bases together with S3 vectors. Is it planned to add support for that in Pulumi? Or is it not supported because it is not in GA yet?
