Merge in content from pulumi.awsworkshop.io to tutorials

AWS owns a micro-site for Pulumi tutorials on AWS. The site’s address is https://pulumi.awsworkshop.io/ and the source code is at https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-modernization-with-pulumi. The content is entirely written and maintained by Pulumi.

We should migrate this content into pulumi.com for several reasons:

  • Keep all of our key tutorials in a single place
  • Have our key tutorials maintained by the docs team, who are best suited to maintain educational materials and keep them aligned across all Pulumi products
  • Ensure that we are tracking the performance of these AWS tutorials pages
  • Our tooling is specialized to make writing Pulumi instructional content easier (like the language chooser, which could make it feasible to have a single page for some of these tutorials in all supported languages)

At the time of writing, the state of the content is as follows:

  • Intro to Modern IaC, TypeScript and Python, Modules 01 (static site) and 03 (Fargate service) are regularly taught as part of our Intro to AWS workshops that we run monthly. These are up-to-date and frequently used. If the content team changes these, DevRel and partnerships would need to be kept in the loop.
  • Intro to IaC, Java may have been taught once. Josh wrote this one early in his tenure as an SA.
  • Policy as Code (Python) has been taught once.
  • All other content has not been touched in at least 18 months and will at least require updating to latest major versions for providers (if we want to keep it at all).

In the short term, if there's any content we know we want to get rid of, I can remove it from the site - just let me know.

AWS has indicated that they don't have any concerns around us moving the content to our site.

We can probably get rid of Module 02: VMs. We haven't taught it since I took over.
